Tracy Koch

With a background in mortgage banking, compliance, and customer service, Tracy brings a host of cross-industry skills and knowledge to her work in real estate brokerage. In her primary role as Maryland Land's Director of Daily Operations, Tracy oversees all client matters. ensuring that the team's complex transactions and projects reach culmination, smoothly and successfully.

When Tracy isn't quarterbacking the Maryland Land team, she undertakes special real estate assignments that require her design and staging skills. Tracy's first such listing was a Carroll County custom home on seven acres. Because the sellers wanted top price, Tracy put on her staging hat:  she spent a week painting, moving furniture, hanging art, and removing clutter.  The property went under contract within 48 hours - with a full-price offer.  Tracy is just one more reason that Maryland Land is able to provide client services that no other land brokerage can.
