Stephen Ferrandi settles the 125 acre Miklasz Farm for $25 million. The property located in Severn, Anne Arundel County, Maryland was subdivided by Ferrandi and his client, Joseph Miklasz into 251 residential units (104 single family homes, 104 townhomes and 44 villas). Mr. Ferrandi had represented the Miklasz family for over a decade as they evaluated options prior to selling the property. After years of planning and processing the property through the subdivision process Mr. Ferrandi took the property to market. After negotiating aggressive price and terms with multiple homebuilders, the landowner selected Toll Brothers as his purchaser. Toll Brothers contracted to property in 2011 after Mr. Ferrandi had secured school capacity and received sketch plan approval. Toll settled after the property once it had received record plat approval.
