Washington Avenue – County Park

When Baltimore County placed a contract to purchase our Washington Avenue listing, we soon learned we had a major problem.  Though the county had submitted an acceptable offer to our client, they had a major catch.  Since the property was being sold as a park, all buildings, fences, landscaping and debris had to be removed from the five acre site.  Over a three week period we handled the demolition of a large brick house and detached garage, more than nine dumpster loads of trash and construction debris.
